Feel free to book a free consultation with Malin Ivarsson! At the moment we can only offer the consultation in Swedish. Share your thoughts on what you'd like. If you have inspiration images, preferences for gold color and stones, as well as a budget, that's a good starting point. Don't have a concrete idea yet? If your custom-made piece of jewelry is to feature a unique gemstone, the next step is for me to try and find a suitable gemstone just for you. Typically, you'll receive images of gemstone suggestions within 2 weeks, but it may take longer. Some gemstones are challenging to source and can take several months to find (if they can be found at all).
After we've found any gemstones needed, we will proceed by determining the details of the jewelry. This is done through images and descriptions. For more complex pieces, a digital 3D drawing is also created for your review and approval. It's in this step that we can provide an exact quote.

Once we've finalized the appearance of the jewelry, you will reccieve a unique link to my webshop is generated where you can order your custom-made piece. There, you can choose to make a direct payment with a card or utilize various payment options via Klarna.
When you've placed your order, we begin crafting the jewelry. The delivery time is 6-10 weeks from the date your order was received in our webshop.

Once the jewelry is ready, we will send it to your nearest postal service point. The package is insured and trackable. You'll receive an SMS notification when the package is delivered. Additionally, you'll be offered a free 6-month insurance via email.
